
We provide all passengers with formal receipts for both domestic and international train travel.
Receipts are issued separately for domestic services and separately for international services.
A formal receipt (certificate K-24) for a ticket purchased is issued by the ticket counter at the request of the passenger when purchasing tickets, rail cards or sales forms, and can be obtained free of charge.
A formal receipt (certificate K-24a) on a given route, , which is issued by the ticket counter at the request of the passenger, if the customer pays with cash or credit card, or with a purchase order. The price for the receipt certification is 5 euros.
A formal receipt for more than one route (certificate K-24b) can be issued on request of the passenger by the Prodajno-informacijski centri –sales information centre (PIC Celje, PIC Koper, PIC Ljubljana and PIC Maribor) and Infocentres (Ljubljana and Maribor), if the passenger pays with cash or by credit/debit card, or with a purchase order. The price of the receipt for the first route is 5 euros, and 3 euros for each subsequent route.
If the customer orders a formal receipt, K-24a or K-24b with a purchase order or if there is no possibility of acquiring a receipt - K-24b at the railway station, then send a written request to the following address:
