Bicycle transport

Train services are provided for the transport of accompanied privately owned bicycles and motorcycles.

The Rules of Transportation:

passengers must travel on the same train as their bicycles or motorcycles,
passengers may take one bicycle or motorcycle aboard the train,
passengers are responsible for the loading, supervision during the transport and unloading of their own bicycles,
a group of more than 10 cyclists must confirm their reservation at the departure station at least 8 days in advance.

Fares for bicycle transportation are uniform and not dependant upon the distance travelled.

Bicycle: 3.20 euros

Ticket holders must buy a bicycle ticket, which is valid for one day of unlimited travel on the Slovenian railways network.
