Bicycle transport

Motorail train services are provided for the transport of accompanied privately owned bicycles and motorcycles.The Rules of Transportation

• passengers must travel on the same train as their bicycles,
  
• passengers may take one bicycle aboard the train,
  
• passengers are responsible for the loading, supervision during the transport and unloading of their own bicycles,
  
• a group of more than 10 cyclists must confirm their reservation at the departure station at least 8 days in advance.

Trains with limited reservable space for carrying bicycles

Bicycles can be transported by train, but onboard space is limited. Bicycles are not allowed on trains in rush hours. Bicycles must be put on the train in such a way as not to impede or interfere with other passengers or cause damage to the train. Railway staff may only refuse to allow bicycles to be put onto trains if they were likely to hinder other passengers or cause damage to the train.
