During weekends and public holidays you can receive a 30% discount on both 1st and 2nd class travel.

City pass

With a city day pass, for just €2, you can travel without restriction between all stations within Ljubljana's rail hub. Children accompanied by an adult travel at half price; children under 6 years old may travel for free!

Family Travel

With a family ticket, children under 12 travel for free, whilst you and your children over 12 are entitled to a 40% discount! Your family can travel cheaper in both 1st and 2nd class throughout the year.

Pensioners and over 60’s

Take advantage of your free time with bargain train travel. Pensioners, invalids, war veterans and passengers over the age of 60 are entitled to half price travel during weekends, and to a 30% discount off standard fares during the week.

ICS

InterCity Slovenia (ICS) trains offer you relaxation, comfort and speed! Travelling in modern air-conditioned trains, en route you can enjoy the catering on offer, make use of the electricity connection and other additional services.

Foreign travellers

Those without a permanent residence in Slovenia can still travel easily and affordably around the country for up to one month with an InterRail One Country Slovenia Pass.
