After a tiring week at work, take the whole family on a short (or long) excursion, a pleasant and interesting train journey which your kids in particular will enjoy. Children travel for free, whilst adults receive 40% off standard fares.

For family travel with a family discount card K-17.

Discounts

Holders of the K-17 card receive the following discounts:

• 40 percent off, for adults and children over 12
  
• Children under 12 years of age travel free.

Validity

The discount is valid for 1st or 2nd class travel on all trains across Slovenia, all days of the year. With the K-17 card, you can purchase an international ticket, the discount however only applies to the portion of the journey that takes place in Slovenia.

Terms of use

To be eligible for the benefits of the K-17 card, at least one adult (parent or grandparent) and one child must be travelling.

K-17 Card

Passengers with a permanent address in Slovenia can purchase the K-17 card from the ticket counter along with proof of address and personal identification.
