Monitoring consignments

If you want to have constant contact with your consignment or wagon (not only when handing over or receiving it), you can use our consignment-monitoring service.

If you are dispatcher, recipient or contractual partner carrying individual consignments, at any point in time you can see where your consignment is and what its status is - whether it is at a border station, a stop, in customs, or placed on a train.

You can also monitor empty wagons - your own wagons or hired, which are contained in the fleet of Slovenske železnice. The owners of wagons which are contained in the fleet of some other country can also monitor them. In this case, the users must abide by the rules in Priročnik o zagotavljanju podatkov o vagonih za potrebe spremljanja preko portala e-Tovorni promet.

Monitoring consignment abroad

If your wagon is a part of our wagon fleet, you can also monitor them when they are outside Slovenia. If you know the number of the wagon and of the fare document, you are also entitled to access the information about the consignment (location, status and movement of the consignment).

To ensure the customers the possibility od online monitoring of wagons and consignments abroad, Slovenske železnice take part in an international project. Since the project is still in a development phase, occasional interruptiones cannot be ruled out. The information is approximate and is available for 15 days.
