E-specification

The existing specification attached to the invoice, containing a long series of data, is very inconvenient for making any analysis of ordered and paid transport operations. Slovenske železnice would like to make it easier for you. A special format of an e-specification has been prepared (text file) facilitating the simple importing of data into your favourite tools (Excel, Access etc.) and the further processing of data.

In order to simplify access to data and its contents, SŽ has drawn up the User’s Manual: central clearing and invoicing of transport costs.

As the new e-specification is primarily intended for the further processing and analysing of data, certain regulations (instructions, tariffs) have also been prepared in an electronic format to help you understand the data (code lists). They are available under the chapter Transport Conditions and Tariffs.
