E-procurement

Inquiries in digital format regarding the availability of transport services are made via e-procurement, which provides users with general contact information as well as detailed data regarding the consignment in question.

The application form is available in English and Slovenian, and consists of two steps: Step 1 is completed by entering your contact information in the designated fields. All fields marked with (*) have to be filled out. Fields marked with (**) allow the user to choose which field they fill out (at least one field has to be filled out). Part 2 is completed by entering detailed information about the consignment in question.

An error alert is displayed if invalid data or data combination is entered. You may find additional information to help you fill out the form by hovering over an entry field with your mouse cursor.

The application may only be navigated using a specially-designed interface in place of the standard web-browser interface buttons.

After filling out the application form, you may save it as a PDF document on your computer. The document contains the information entered in Step 1 and 2 along with a procurement number, which serves as the identifying number for correspondence purposes. Procurement documents thus filed out and sent to our company will be replied to as soon as possible.
