E-freight transport offers you direct access to our transport management system and encompasses a range of different services as described below.
Inquiries in digital format regarding the availability of transport services are made via e-procurement, which provides users with general contact information as well as detailed data regarding the consignment in question. Every user has free and unlimited access to e-procurement. You may find more information about the service on our homepage. Please note that other methods of sending in customer inquiries are still available to all users, too.
Wagons used in consignment loading on SZ freight stations may be ordered via e-procurement – wagon orders may be placed round the clock with the option of checking or cancelling the reservation made. The status of the order may also be monitored by individual railway stations.
The availability of real-time consignment/wagon tracking and monitoring allows users to track their consignments or wagons throughout their transport journey on both Slovenian as well as foreign railway networks (Austria, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary and Slovakia). In addition to the information given on the consignment note, we offer you access to real-time information regarding the current location of the consignment or wagon as well as details on their status (e.g. whether the wagon is loaded or waiting at a technical station).
Moreover, past consignment information is stored in an archival database for up to three months, allowing users to keep track of all recently completed consignment orders.
Users are also given digital access to the specifications attached to the invoice which contain data on completed shipments and the accompanying invoices.
Registered users of the e-freight transport portal may log on into the transport management system by entering their user name and password. Unregistered users are requested to fill out an application form in order to be assigned a user name and password. Answers to their applications will be sent by mail. By sending in the application you accept the General Terms and Conditions for accessing wagon and consignment data.
