
The Slovenian rawilways continuously strive to enhance the quality of all ou services, including the cargo services.
We prove our dedication to a wholesome quality by implementing the quality system ISO 9001. We have successfully prolongued the validity of the system every since 1997. The last recertification took place according to the rules of the certification company Bureau Veritas in Oktober of 2009.

Safety is our priority. We protect people, shipments, rolling stock, infrastructure and other means of production, as well as the environment against damage and any harmful impact.

Our working processes are controlled and they ensure safety, reliability and punctuality. We define links, duties, authorizations and responsibilities, which ensure safe and effective work.
5. Informing users of our services
On a daily basis we inform our customers about the transport situation and other important business.

We continuously improve our services and eliminate discrepancies. We produce discrepancy analyses, disclose weaknesses of our work and adopt corrective and preventive provisions.
7. Quality measurement
To measure quality we use indicators and appropriate instruments to test the working processes and to improve projected goals.

Qualified, informed and motivated employees are fundamental for a successful company. The conscientiousness and qualifications of our personnel enable us to improve the results of our company.

Management assures all the means and sources needed and is responsible for executing the quality policy and the system of quality management in compliance with the quality standards.

All employees are personally responsible for the quality of their work and for executing the quality policy. Management is aware of their special responsibilities for quality and contributes to its realisation and improvement
