Our application e-Freight transport gives you direct access to our freight information system.
Our application e-Freight transport gives you direct access to our freight information system, providing a range of different services, as described below.
To obtain information about the availability of our services, you can send an inquiry online via e-procurement, which provides general contact information as well as details about the relevant consignment. The application is separate from e-freight transport, and can be accessed by every user free of charge without affecting other ways of making inquiries. For more information, please visit our homepage.
If you need freight wagons for loading, you can order them through e-procurement of wagons and have your goods loaded at various SŽ freight stations. The application allows you to place an order for wagons at any time, check order placement date, cancel the order, and view order status by station.
Our wagon/consignment monitoring service lets you track your consignments or wagons in real time in both domestic and international transport. Countries where you can follow your consignments or wagons abroad include Austria, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, and Slovakia. In addition to the data provided on the consignment note, you also receive real-time information about the current location of the consignment or wagon in question, together with details on their status (e.g. wagon loaded, waiting at a station etc.).
In addition, the information about all your consignments is stored for up to three months, which provides information about the orders made the previous day or over a span of several months.
Registered users of e-freight transport can use the username and password assigned by Slovenske železnice to log into the information system. If you don’t have an account on e-freight transport yet, you can create one by completing and sending us the relevant application form. Your account details (username and password) will be sent to your address per post. Please note that sending the application form indicates you agree with our General terms and conditions on data access.
