Consignment monitoring - domestic

If you need to know where on our network your consignment or wagon currently is, you can always use our domestic consignment monitoring service.

Whether a consignor, consignee, or a contractual partner, you can track your consignments at any time, as well as check their current status in the supply chain – moving across a border point, stopping at a station, clearing customs, placed in a train etc.

Moreover, you can also track empty runs of own or rented wagons which are included in our wagon fleet, while keepers of wagons placed in a foreign fleet can receive up-to-date information in line with the provisions of the Manual on the provision of wagon information for consignment tracking via e-Tovorni promet

Consignment monitoring - international

Wagons which are part of our fleet can also be tracked outside our rail network, while individual consignments can be checked in detail (current location, status, and movement) if you have access to the wagon number together with the number of the associated transport document.

Consignments in international transport are monitored by an information system for the concentration and exchange of data on freight wagon movements in international transport. Designed in an international project, the system offers information collected from individual carriers participating in the initiative (such as Slovenske železnice), and is currently in its development phase, which includes occasional downtimes of the service. The data are approximations, and can be accessed for up to 15 days.

For further information about the features of the system, such as the criteria and options of access, what kind of data is available etc., please check the General terms and condition for access to wagon and consignment information
